@mr_linac I observed a St. Vincent’s Sim-Free Prostate SBRT today. It’s now routine: used for all pts regardless of travel distance. It’s efficient: adds only a few minutes to first ATS. It’s inevitable: especially in systems that don’t compensate sim visits (e.g. ROCR).
