@cleans_letsrun @ShaunDPickering crikey I don't get notifications on here, apologies! Threatened with 8, initital hearing was dismissed (we won) that document was never published 👀👀👀. They appealed my win, got 4 years, I appealed that, got reduced to 2 years 4 months. Only the appeal decision was published.

@ShaunDPickering @Markdry Ok thanks, my understanding was that the initial ban was 4 years, with UKAD later obliged to reduce it on account of revised WADA guidance in respect of doping control 'Tampering'. An 8 year ban for a first offence? That seems incredibly excessive. I really don't remember that.

Ironic that UKAD are complaining about 'lack of co-operation'. They were quick to ban @Markdry for 4 years, but when he appealed against this ban UKAD themselves failed to co-operate and used delaying tactics. (Appeal was successful, ban almost halved). boxingscene.com/report-conor-b…

@chronikhal Stay disciplined as there will be plenty of days where the motivation has gone and you want to give up on everything. Execute anyway even when you're mind says don't bother. Go beyond basic help and exercises as nobody cares enough to give you what you need in detail..

So tonight was possibly the last time I play football before I get my hip replaced. It’s been nearly 4 years to the day I was diagnosed and advised I would need a new hip and to ideally abstain from playing football.. (1/14)
