The difference is, to push actual medicine, as a pharma company or a doctor, you have a lot of risk - lawsuit, regulations, loss of licence, loss of reputation. You can’t place a drug onto the market without years of testing, peer review, and approval.
To push supplements and dewormers - you need a youtube channel and a few viral clips.

@lowiqmarsoupial @matt_barrie what lol? Average EV today has 400+ Km range, you can charge it at home for free if you have solar/battery, 3-4 AUD if you don't, or about 10-15 AUD with a supercharger at a servo. Do google it please :)
