@luckilyenough It’s like when a video is shot vertically on an iPhone and you try to watch it on a television. The choice is to cut the picture above and below to make it fit instead of having two big black spaces on either side.

super dumb question but why don’t they just show this aspect ratio of the movie in non imax theaters anyway. what’s the point of losing this much information

@pathoftitans I think the home cave debuff should only apply to an attacking dinosaur within range of a home cave. It should not apply ubiquitously to all dinosaurs located within that range because as people said, it disrupts questing.
English

The Home Cave Debuff can be an absolute life-saver from lurking dinos trying to catch others off guard in an ambush. Players lingering too long near a Home Cave will receive a debuff that decreases their movement speed, damage dealt, and increases received damage until they leave the area.
When has the Home Cave Debuff saved you from camping predators?

@creepydotorg This is where a solid crime movie turns into a not so great zombie film.

For years, deep in Bang Bao Bay on Koh Chang Island, Thailand, an unusual sight sat quietly near the shore — a 7-story cruise liner called “The Galaxy” that had been converted into a 70-room luxury hotel. Over time, financial problems shut it down and the ship was abandoned for more than two decades, surrounded by jungle and rumors of a tragic death that only added to its mystery.
Travelers and explorers would trek through the area just to see it — a giant rusting ship sitting still, rooms empty, decks silent. Then in December 2024, a fire destroyed much of what remained, bringing an end to one of Thailand’s most unusual abandoned landmarks.
Places like this capture people’s imagination. Once full of life and guests, they slowly turn into ghostly reminders of how quickly fortunes and dreams can change.
If you had the chance before the fire, would you have traveled across the world just to explore an abandoned ship-hotel like this? 🚢🔥
