Competitive advantage in the insurance industry has moved beyond simply having #AI tools. Today, it’s about delivering scalable, compliant, and measurable outcomes. Agentic automation is actively reshaping core functions like claims and underwriting. Embedding AI into workflows isn't about replacing human expertise it’s about augmenting it to make faster, more accurate decisions while keeping human accountability at the center. Subramanian Sankaran, Global COO of @XceedanceGlobal, explores how merging deep domain expertise with intelligent automation creates a new model: services delivered as software. #AgenticAI #IntelligentAutomation #Insurtech #InsuranceIndustry #FutureOfWork #Nasscom #AIPoweredBPM @BirendraSen @SrikanthNasscom

The central question for the technology industry has shifted. It is no longer about the speed of #AIAdoption, but about the pace at which we can transform our workforce to lead it. As AI becomes integral to business, the focus is moving from technology access to the human architecture required to build value together. This involves redesigning roles, reimagining career pathways, and evolving our operating models. To lead this conversation, the Nasscom Talent Council recently convened the National CHRO Virtual Meet with over 50 senior HR leaders. The discussion focused on four key priorities: • Redesigning foundational roles as AI automates baseline tasks. • Building scalable, practical AI proficiency beyond basic literacy. • Evolving workforce planning, productivity metrics, and skill architectures. • Shaping common, responsible frameworks to build ecosystem-wide trust. These are structural challenges that require industry-wide collaboration. The Nasscom Talent Council is committed to bringing together industry, academia, and policymakers to build these common frameworks and accelerate our collective workforce transformation. The future of AI will be defined not by the technology alone, but by how effectively we empower our people to master it. #FutureOfWork #WorkforceTransformation #AIEra #HRLeaders #TechTalent #Leadership #Nasscom #NasscomTalentCouncil @RNamb @MKritika_ @loborichard_ @saurabh_govil @piyushmehta322 @savneetshergill

Commercial lending is often slowed by fragmented data spread across financial statements, tax records, banking information, and operational documents, making credit assessment a time-intensive process. A Nasscom GenAI Foundry member, Fexo GenAI is helping lenders transform underwriting workflows by bringing together financial, operational, and compliance data into decision-ready credit intelligence powered by GenAI. By automating credit assessment and reducing decisioning turnaround times, Fexo GenAI is enabling faster, more scalable lending operations for banks and NBFCs. #IndiasDeeptechStory #DeepTech #GenAI #Nasscom@nasscomai @Ankitthe1 @sangeetagupta29

As AI reshapes global operating models, India’s #GCC ecosystem is at an important point of transition: from delivering mandates to helping shape them. That question set the tone for the GCC Strategy Workshop & Offsite in Bengaluru on 19 and 20 June, bringing together leaders from Nasscom’s National GCC Council, Regional GCC Chapters and the Nasscom team. Over two days, the conversations looked at what this next phase will require: stronger AI-led capabilities, leaders who can influence global decisions, and greater ownership of innovation, IP and business outcomes. India’s GCC ecosystem has built a strong foundation in talent, technology and delivery. The opportunity now is to build on that strength and take on a larger role in how global enterprises think, operate and grow. The workshop created space to align on these priorities and the collective effort needed to shape the next chapter of India’s GCC story. @MKritika_ #NasscomGCCCouncil #GCC #GlobalCapabilityCentres #IndiaGCC #FutureOfWork

India’s ER&D capabilities are increasingly being applied to complex mobility engineering problems. Tata Technologies addressed a key EV program challenge: integrating EV systems into existing ICE platforms without increasing development complexity, cost, or manufacturing disruption. This approach reduced EV development timelines from 28 months to 18, along with lower product development costs and reduced manufacturing investment costs, and enabled ICE and EV production on the same assembly line. This is India’s ER&D Prowess. #IndiasERDProwess #ERD #AutomotiveEngineering #ElectricVehicles #EV @siva_polimetla1 @TataTech_News

A historic milestone for India-UK relations. Delighted to note that the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement will enter into force on 15th July 2026. This agreement will significantly boost our bilateral trade and investment. It will also unlock numerous opportunities for Indian farmers, workers, MSMEs, startups and innovators and contribute meaningfully to the realisation of Viksit Bharat 2047. Both PM Starmer and I, who are in Evian for the G7 Summit, are naturally very happy with the significant momentum being added to our economic ties. @Keir_Starmer
