@kcimc haha, love this. we had a discussion about the future of AI/copyright in my Algorithmic Music class yesterday && one student suggested that overreaching IP law might unintentionally end up encouraging more experimental music 😋

the year is 2030. after ed sheeran lost his case, musicians exhausted every 4-bar chord progression. pop music now features 23-bar cycles. tutorial videos explain how to escape copyright infringement using arabic 17 tone equal temperament. noise music experiences a renaissance.

@threejs @vatsuko It is when all the other libraries I teach still use <script> (one less new thing for them to learn), it’s also been easier to teach them to debug in the console with the build vs the esm

@threejs Still using threejs non esm because I'm teaching uni student and they using plain Js is easier for them to comprehend

@domibarra @TinaRiversRyan @postanika @stephanduq @_menkman @ucnv ah yes, to hide or not to hide; had that convo sooooo many times, the answer wasn’t always the same, but in dirty new media shows && glitch art (which is often about revealing otherwise invisible systems) the answer was usually to keep the cables visible

I legit can’t decide if I love or hate this display. (Not talking about the work itself.) Anyone want to convince me one way or the other?
