Legitimately one of the worst return and customer service experiences I've ever had @Newegg Everyone has been unhelpful both on your end and with the marketplace seller. Shouldn't be this hard to replace something that was sent incorrectly. #worsethanamazon

@msiUSA I bought a new MSI PC back in December from Newegg and it arrived missing one of the clips for the CPU fan. I called and was told they would send a new one. I called again a couple weeks ago and some a-hole was rude to me when i misspoke and said GPU fan clip when I was describing the problem. I can only assume I’m not getting it,ever lol. I’ll just buy one on Amazon. Thanks for the awesome customer support!!

Warning to any streamers or community members. Avoid @Newegg like a plague. My motherboard came busted and they gave me some dog-shit options. either be without a PC for a week+ or be without a PC and have a refund on the parts. no advanced replacement. nada.

1) Not pleased with @Newegg. I ordered my GPU, and PSU from Newegg, paid expedited shipping because I need it for this weekend, a buddy is coming from over 3 hours away to help me build my PC this weekend. They shipped it ground and it’s not going to be here till next week…

@SamsungUS Thanks. I called again. Thru the conversation they told me over the phone they think its counterfeit. I don't know why they didn't just tell me this upfront rather than giving me some really odd advice to contact Samsung China. I have contacted @Newegg as well now.

@TheWapplehouse A @Newegg chat bot offered me a discount because of a deceptive ad on their website, the next day a human told me they don't have to honor what the bots say and disconnected the chat.

The one thing I do like about AI chat bots and AI customer service agents is how susceptible they are to flattery. You can talk them into giving you discounts and free shit, then complain to real customer service agents if they aren’t honored until you get some kind of discount.
