Nazarye Singleton, 01/05/2007-age 20, of South Minneapolis Windom, has been charged with felony counts of fleeing and theft.
Charges say Singleton was driving the stolen vehicle that dropped off the two yoots who had gunshot wounds at North Memorial early Thursday.
Robbinsdale police attempted a stop of the vehicle after it went through a stop sign. The vehicle took off at high speed, drove over the sidewalk and into some bushes. Speeds reached 100mph before the vehicle crashed and rolled over in Fridley.
Singleton was briefly hospitalized and appears to have staples in his head. He's being held on $40,000 bail and has a first court appearance scheduled for Monday.

Jakai Teajai Rice, 10/04/2007-age 18, of north Minneapolis, has been charged with felony reckless discharge of a firearm.
Charges say police responded to a Shotspotter activation at Folwell Park last week plus 911 calls indicating multiple shots fired, up to 30.
Officers located 21 9mm casings, including 17 brass and 4 silver, and 3 bullet fragments on the basketball court, nearest to the park building. Witnesses also told officers that shots were fired from the cemetery into the basketball court, and shots were fired from the basketball court back toward the cemetery.
Officers arrived at the cemetery and located two live rounds and three casings north of the park parking lot and 3 additional brass casings and 9 silver casings north of the park basketball court in the cemetery.
Officers spoke with one of the 911 callers who was identified as JDO who stated that his girlfriend, ZA called 911 reporting the shots. JDO told officers that he was playing basketball on the courts when someone started shooting at them. He stated that one bullet nearly hit his head and that bullets were hitting the brick wall of the park building. JDO did not see who the shooters were, and he fled in his vehicle in the parking lot. JDO described ZA’s clothing at the time of the shooting. Upon reviewing surveillance footage, officers confirmed a female was seen possessing a bag with a firearm prior to the basketball court shooter picking up the gun and firing shots.
Video footage also showed the basketball court shooter, later identified as Rice, arrived at the park driving a white 4-door sedan that was later identified as Infiniti G35 with distinct markings.
ZA was seen sitting on the east end of the court while a group of males, including Rice, playing basketball. When the gunshots started, ZA got up and ran but fell on the ground dropping multiple items she was holding including a large gym bag.
Rice appears to run back on to the basketball court and retrieve a handgun from the gym bag before firing numerous gunshots toward the cemetery while he ran.
ZA is seen getting up and running off along the east side of the rec center. ZA later returned to the court with park staff to collect the items she had dropped before leaving. ZA later told officers that one male at the basketball court was known as “KK” and another one as “Jakai.”
Officers located the Infiniti parked in the alley behind 34xx Knox Ave. The owner of the home stated that the car did not belong to her and did not know who parked it there. Officers obtained a search warrant and towed the vehicle. Officers identified that Rice was associated with the vehicle. Officers compared and confirmed that Rice matched the male shooting back toward the cemetery from the basketball court.
Officers issued a probable cause pick-up for Rice. On April 2, officers arrested Rice at his mother’s house. Officers also executed a signed premises search warrant at the address and searched Rice’s room. Officers located Rice’s clothing and shoes from the day of the shooting.
Rice provided a post Miranda statement and told officers that he went to the basketball court to play basketball and drove his white Infiniti there. He did not know who was shooting at them and he ran when he heard the shots. He then saw ZA on the ground and went back to help her. He stated that was when he noticed the firearm and shot toward the initial shooters. Rice’s story lined up with video evidence except that he appeared to have prior knowledge of the firearm as he appeared to dig into the bag to retrieve the firearm.
Rice is being held on $20,000 bail and has his first hearing scheduled for Monday.

The whole herd and their water carriers are are completely tone deaf and out of touch with anyone outside the Marxist bubble they've created.
TONS of people who consider themselves lifelong democrats have reached out to both Alpha News and Crime Watch over the years to express disillusionment.
(FYI, this is not an endorsement or promotion for the feckless Republican party in this state)

Submitted from downtown Minneapolis:
"Has there been many reports filed against this person who is going around the neighborhood (Near the Hennepin County Library), kicking dogs! He comes up to ask if he can “pet your dog” and then he attempts to kick the dog instead! Would you be able to post so that people are on the lookout?
This has been happening during the day over the past week. Most recently [Tuesday] around 10 a.m. on Nicollet Mall outside of the library. I’ve witnessed it and it has happened to multiple dog owners that live in the building across the street as they have been walking to Cancer Survivors Park to let their dogs play."
