@hussainbourdain You get your steps while working, and you eat protein/fiber while watching something/hanging with friends. Also go to the gym with friends. Stretching and posture exercises everyday aren’t needed either

@notkkburner @DeanTTraining I just don’t have the appetite. I slam a cup of coffee with 1 sugar cube in it, Fairlife +protein powder shake, and have been doing that for a decade. I can’t train mid day or at night. Not the most optimal but it’s what I can do

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I lifted fasted at 5am for 3 years, making okay progress. Then I had 500 calories before an early workout and only saw new Personal Bests. Never looked back.
