@hussainbourdain You get your steps while working, and you eat protein/fiber while watching something/hanging with friends. Also go to the gym with friends. Stretching and posture exercises everyday aren’t needed either

You have to eat enough protein, stretch everyday, take enough fibre, go to the gym 5 days a week, do posture exercises, walk 10k steps while also working 8 hours a day to stay healthy, realistically when are you supposed to watch movies, read books and hang out with your friends

@notkkburner @DeanTTraining I just don’t have the appetite. I slam a cup of coffee with 1 sugar cube in it, Fairlife +protein powder shake, and have been doing that for a decade. I can’t train mid day or at night. Not the most optimal but it’s what I can do

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but I lifted fasted at 5am for 3 years, making okay progress. Then I had 500 calories before an early workout and only saw new Personal Bests. Never looked back.
