For the last 10 years, people on the internet have called me every name in the book. Through it all, I’ve just been living the American Dream.
I went to the White House. I spoke in the Oval Office. I’ve managed more world champions than anyone in the history of this sport. I’ve had the honor of meeting the President of the United States.
You know who wasn’t at the White House? Conor McGregor. Colby Covington. And another guy I’m not even going to mention by name, because we still have unfinished business.
To everyone who hated on me, thank you. To everyone who supported me, thank you. You all motivated me to work harder, dream bigger, and keep moving forward.
I’m grateful for every step of this journey.
God bless you, and God bless America. 🇺🇸❤️🙏🏾

🚨 Alex Pereira calls for Dana White to "set an example" with Herb Dean 😳
"You should set an example with [Herb Dean] as it's done with fighters when they ruin the image of the organization."

🚨 Alex Pereira just called out Ciryl Gane for several illegal shots to the back of the head during their fight 😳 “It was a lucky jab and he took advantage… that was the opportunity of a lifetime for him. This guy has a long history of it. Dirty shots, punches to the back of the head. I brought that up with [the referee] ahead of time and asked him to keep an eye on it… if you watch the footage man, multiple shots, multiple elbows [to the back of the head]. [The referee] is not a man. He shouldn’t have been refereeing that fight. A guy like that should be punished.” (via @AlexPereiraUFC)

🇲🇽🏆We need to talk more about this….
One thing Javier Aguirre deserves credit for: he trusted young players on the biggest stage.
Brian Gutiérrez got the start, while Gilberto Mora and Armando “Hormiga” González came off the bench in Mexico’s World Cup opener.
For years, Mexican fans complained about young talent being left on the sidelines. This time, Aguirre gave them minutes when it mattered most.
Whether they become stars or not, gaining World Cup experience at such a young age is invaluable and it’s already a step in the right direction compared to previous tournaments.
What did you think of the youngsters’ performances? 🇲🇽👀

Deep inner suffering inevitably arises when the human person is reduced to performance, consumption, or a statistical datum. Many young people today live under the yoke of expectations to perform, immersed in an exasperated competitiveness that generates anxiety, fear of not measuring up, and disorientation.
