One of our newest approaches at @OneThreeBiotech is early prediction of target-derived tox. We predicted that PARP1 inhibition is safer than inhibition of PARP2, & I was excited to see this validated independently by an in-vivo study from @AstraZeneca! (bit.ly/3ieZ2io)
