Endocrine pathology hits different. In many organs, pleomorphism is worrisome for malignancy. In endocrine tissues, striking nuclear atypia can be entirely benign. Architecture and behavior matter. Pleomorphism may lie. Context doesn’t. (Image: Parathyroid adenoma, recent case)
