Yes but stating they are opening up the search is aimed at putting pressure on Arlington hts. And yes they bought the land for $600M or so. The stadium is gonna be like $6B. They could sell that land, even at a loss, and go somewhere else. So they are not married to AH and definitely do have leverage. And they are attempting to use their leverage now, knowing bears fans would be enraged by the thought of our beloved bears going to Indiana.
