@LegitTargets @jacksonhinklle I heard Iran leader has been assasinated? How true is that
English

@michaeljswalker Itโs because as an 18 year old myself, it feels unfair that you older adults get to decide what happens to us. You can sit there on your marble throne and declare that we have to give up a year of our lives that your generation never had to. Itโs enforcing a idea they never did
English

@MSmith4381 @5lim3eeee Yeah it bent towards the normal in B, so the light slowed down, hence higher refractive index

"Making sense of the EUโs fight for user-replaceable smartphone batteries"
This is a great example of how EU laws can benefit consumers everywhere.
(They get devices with batteries that are easier to replace, and there's less pollution as a by-product.)
theverge.com/2023/6/24/2377โฆ
English

@Chelseachemist1 @edwinhayward Go pros have slide in batteries, theyโre rated for like 100m depth without a special case. Itโs a silly argument saying that itโs wonโt be waterproof, just lazy
English

@edwinhayward Far less enthusiastic about this than USB-C frankly. Canโt see how you do this without massively compromising how waterproof modern day phones are, and the more laypeople stay away from batteries the better in terms of fire safety. All manufacturers should offer 1st party repairs
English

@pete81288 @EndWokeness Vaccinations have stopped the spread. Itโs a thing of the past but it would still be here if vaccines didnโt exist
English

@cel_today @ajonirving @WallStreetSilv Itโs better than today because the size of the mortgage was about half what it is today
English

@ajonirving @WallStreetSilv My first mortgage, in the 80's, was 11%.
So how is that better than today?
English

@SkipperAtRest @WallStreetSilv Unlike 40 years ago where you could pay off your mortgage by the time you were 35-40
English

@WallStreetSilv The voice of the entitled generation who knows nothing of history, enjoys the greatest ease of any generation in recorded history, is grateful for nothing, thinks life is hard while doing very little work. She has no idea what those before her suffered.
English

@SkipperAtRest @WallStreetSilv Iโd disagree, stats do show that the life start up for young people now is much harder than 40 years ago. Yes there were issues then, but if itโs the same now, why is the average young person expected to never own their own home?
English

@AndreaGainey @doggy580 @USCGNortheast So sad no one cared about the 500 immigrants on that boat not long back. People pick their hopes and prayers carefully
English

@doggy580 @USCGNortheast No one is surprised Carl. It is, however, significant news how 5 lives were lost specifically regarding a story thatโs received this much attention worldwide. Also because, you know, theyโre humans. Regardless of reasons we believe they shouldnโt haven taken the risk.
English

@ramsthoughts @stats_feed Yeah well Iโm richer countries they have unlimited data over WiFi and most places have free WiFi so data is hardly used, in the Uk I use what 1.5GB per month max as Iโm rarely disconnected from WiFi
English

@stats_feed Wrong data.
In INDIA it is cheaper than .17$ / GB.
In India it costs just 0.098 for 2 GB data.

@shilpitewari @MattP1Gallagher Good job Iโm a Aston Martin fan since โ21 when they joined then, :)
English

@MattP1Gallagher There is a long list of fans who can sit out this year. Ferrari, Mercedes, McLaren .. all seem to have hibernated last winter.
You don't even need a Max to win with that newey car.
English

@anabanolik666 @autosport @MSI_Images Hang on, Verstappen didnโt win from 2016-2020 when his car was slow, then he had a rocket ship built and now he wins, surely, suuuurely, you have to agree Verstappen only wins aswell because he has a rocket ship
