Dear brothers and sisters of India,Earlier i raised complaint to @DARPG_GoI comes under @PMOIndia.I asked for proof of delivery (15lakhspolicy/loanlive120 months remaining)documents.they said we its sent through ordinary post with untraceable.repeated bima bharosa reply. I re applied.lets see now as i have re applied @HDFC_Bank @HDFCLIFE @HDFCBank_Cares

Have few suggestions for you here: 1. Keep a track of everything 2. Keep everything in Writing (Zero Conversation) 3. Cooperate in Writing 4. Send them notice clearly warning of the consequences they’ll have to bear at their own cost. 5. Give them time Last but not the least - Escalate IRDA is least effective. They just play Table Tennis with customer complaint. Forget any help or assistance from them. Escalate to Ombudsman on their portal along with a mail to them (Effectiveness may vary from State to State) Last but not the least…..If they don’t fall in line, drag them to Consumer Forum since that’s the last option with you as a consumer. Thanks

Arun Sir 1- any bank / FI would have an inward and an outward register 1.1 archives if the records are greater than 5y 1.2 also probably scanned in those days etc 1.3 hopefully experts can share their advice in this regard 2- a corporate governance policy 2.1 attached 2.2 hope you find relevant teams 2.3 to set up appointments etc 3- BOD board of directors who head the said policy etc 4- RTI #RTI @AjayBos93388306 Ajay Sir please share your valuable advice etc hth Arun Sir and that your claims are processed 🙏
