@careinsuranceIN Poorest customer experience year after year. I have an active health insurance policy for 3 years running. I have had the Annual Health checkup add on but every time I book an appointment 1 day prior I get a call saying the appointment is cancelled. Happened 4 times in 2 years. My parents live in a tier 3 town and had a travel planned for tomorrow's checkup that was confirmed on Wednesday itself. Today I get a call at 7.30PM saying it is cancelled. More than half of your network hospitals are not even providing the services still they appear on your app. I need an appointment for tomorrow for my parents else I need a full refund of the premium or will happily port my policy somewhere else.
