When you continue to let parents duck responsibility and a Mayor who continues to handcuff the @Chicago_Police Department, this will continue to happen. In order to show the community and these individuals the @Chicago_Police Department means business, you have to let them lock up these disrespectful individuals, but as soon as they go hands on, here come the black parents saying the police were wrong, they hurt my baby, he didn't do nothing...all the lack of accountability crap they spew when their juvenile delinquents are held accountable.
