In honor of Charlie Kirk, I’m going to document my path of learning about Jesus and Christianity. I am an ex-atheist. I struggle with same-sex attraction. I just started reading the Bible months ago, I prayed for the first time last weekend, and I’ve never really been to church.

@KevinPinball My fiancée’s father gifted me a leather bound KJV when I was baptized, so I decided to read it cover to cover. I may read other translations after. I already read the NIV (but I think I read too fast and there were tons of things I didn’t really understand).

@Hartlander_ @CrushnSerpents It is definitely something they are proud of. It's a strange evangelical humiliation ritual. They get off on testamonials, which makes sense because the whole false religion is fueled by emotion. This is exactly what they wanted. Another grifter and fraud is interviewing them.

King David repented of his sin, but the Lord still took his son by Bathsheba from him. There are real consequences in this life to sinful behavior. Do not treat Christ as a mere “get out of jail free” card in the world, as evangelical Christianity does.
