Is this really just for credit card recovery? These men are beating the guy on the road like goondas. RBI rules clearly say recovery agents cannot use force, threats or violence, only polite talks between 7am-7pm. Banks must follow this, or they can be fined. Pune police and RBI should take strict action now!
