My thoughts on $APLD earnings this week: • Double beat in Revenue and EPS • 50%+ YoY growth • Surprise 100MW lease addition/expansion at PF2 w/ $ORCL for $3 billion (currently only 200MW leased, and these are each 150MW buildings - friendly reminder ORCL also has first right of refusal on the full 1GW at the campus • More clarity and insight on Base Electric • More clarity and timeline on Chronoscale • More clarity on the other 2 campuses that have not yet broken ground that @WUSTL_Bear shared last earnings are potentially being eyed by one tenant (DF1 tenant is the assumption). Oliver County, ND and presumably Toronto, SD? • Confirmation of $1 Billion ARR target to be quicker than 5 years What I can't pin, is the potential for the announcing of a new lease at DF1. I believe @APLDdigital has a LOI with the tenant, which gave the confidence to break ground. Why was this LOI not announced like "way back" in the day with how they did PF1? Because too many naysayers crucified Wes over it. An LOI is not a material event that needs to be publicly shared, so this time it's staying closer to the chest. Does that LOI have a predetermined date that the lease should be signed by? I presume so. Are there "outs" where the tenant could back out for XYZ reasons? I presume so again. Was MAM in the know of these terms in the LOI when they set their April 18th target date for the $100M funding? One would have to say yes.. This is a similar set up to a lease milestone date for PF2 which APLD did meet with ORCL. Long point I'm trying to make, is, its entirely possible the lease will be signed on Monday or Tuesday, and then shared during earnings. It's also just as likely and possible that "need to sign by date" in the LOI is like an April 10th or 13th, and we get a buzzer beater on MAMs terms. IF there is NOT a lease announced for DF1, and we do see a double beat (which I think is a guarantee), it will come down to Wes's bullish guidance and how he frames his words, because there will be many naysayers criticizing him that the lease isnt happening. If the Iran war can finally come to a close early next week, and we get our tenant lease in early April, I think we are back at ATH in May, maybe late April. I do believe, too, that DF1 tenant will sign at Oliver County, and I feel the moratorium will be closed well in advance of the 180 day pause, with a new site announcement coming June or July. The revenue that will continue to scale in over the coming quarters is going to be exceptional, too. Look for 75MW starting to bring in revenue at PF1 by July '26 (unfortunately that will mess next quarters earnings) and another 75MW at PF1 in October '26 with 75MW at PF2 starting in Sept '26 Suspect the earnings we hear reported in Jan '27 will show $450,000,000+ ARR from the HPC side of the business.
