Be honest… is this a 10/10 meal or what’s missing?

Israel is conducting a new wave of strikes across Iran tonight. Specifically, strikes were reported in the capital Tehran, as Iranian air defenses are active. Early reports indicate that Israel may have conducted yet another decapitation strike this evening in Tehran as well. More to come.

Tonight, 23 years ago: the Iraq War begins. President George W. Bush: “American and coalition forces are in the early stages of military operations to disarm Iraq, to free its people, and to defend the world from grave danger.”

You don’t ask for $200 billion if you don’t think it’s going to require ground troops.

And how would THAT work? The Iranian shoreline is ~1550-1700 MILES long!

NEW - The Boxer Amphibious Readiness Group (ARG) and its embarked 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (11th MEU) have deployed early from the U.S. West Coast and are expected to sail directly to the Middle East via the Indo-Pacific region — Newsmax

Special Forces will penetrate deep into the country to establish drop zones for the 75th. Then the Ranger Regiment will seize airfields and then the 82nd Airborne will secure those key airfields and key terrain in the rear/deep area. Once the airfields are secure, the 101st will airlift their Blackhawks and Chinooks. The MEF will establish a beachhead and assault up, any Iranian military caught in between will be destroyed. Once tanks land, all of the mission critical sites will be secured and controlled. Maneuver and ground victory won’t be the challenge, leaving will be the challenge.

NBC News: The U.S. is accelerating the deployment of thousands more Marines and sailors to the Middle East, according to two people familiar with the decision. The 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), made up of at least 2,200 marines, is expected to deploy from San Diego in the coming days, sooner than they were scheduled to leave
