The problem is many pro-lifers seem to have a childlike understanding of pregnancy that doesn't actually correspond to the reality of pregnancy loss.
That ignorance causes harm and puts patients at risk.

Miscarriage management is NOT abortion. Pro-lifers are against intentionally killing a preborn baby. It is always ok to remove the remains of an already deceased baby. There is a clear moral distinction. That's why miscarriage management is legal in pro-life states.

Using the same procedure used during abortions to help after a miscarriage is not the same as an preforming an abortion. And conflating the language is why people are confused about the law.

The abortion bans are written so that the doctor and patient cannot make the decision to move forward with the procedure regardless of the circumstances. The procedure is effectively banned. Women have died because of it.

@RiverIsMee @7th_charm @NoFilterSkin I already explained this but I will say it again because I know this is hard to get into people's head when they have been taught that a "soul" is some kind of supernatural organ that lives eternally outside of the body.
Scripture never says anything like that.
