You're in a waiting room when a little girl comes up and hits you. You tell her to go to her mother, but she doesn’t listen and does it again. When the mother appears, she comes over and signs to the little girl. It’s clear the mother is deaf. Do you give her grace for this, or are you still mad about it? It’s hard to tell if the daughter is deaf too.

A small buffer zone on the plane. Instead… they were told to basically deal with it and “email the company.” On a packed flight where people are eating inches away… That’s not a minor issue.
