Winifred Soanes, 95, fell down & broke her hip in Christchurch High Street, Dorset, at 2.30pm. Out with her 92 year old husband she had to wait 5 hours for an ambulance, as she was "not a priority". She was helped by members of the public & recovering in hospital. msn.com/en-za/news/oth…
