@rattecs @ApollonNUTR ofc, I know plenty of people in my gym that can't workout without pre. I am on the opposite side, coffee seems enough for me as a stimulants :D

@cs2newsupdate OCD but jokes aside, being off only a couple of mm can change how you aim. Some pro players are consistent and just put things based on their feel like Zywoo, S1mple etc while others need to measure it all to feel like they are locked in.

@DeanTTraining One of my fav machines for building up bench is the ol' Hammer Strength plate loaded ISO Working this machine into my routine and concentrating on the stretch has helped me break through multiple plateaus If u have poor thoracic mobility you can shove a couple 25s under it

@SapphoSys If you play mostly singleplayer games and not the ones with kernel anti-cheat (bf, valorant, faceit 3rd party etc), it is fine. You can turn it off to gain some performance and after you are done playing, turn it back on.

please don't blindly turn off settings just because a random tweet told you to
this will make your system unsafe
KIRNEILL@KIRNEILL
Windows 11 has a setting called Memory Integrity that's ON by default It runs a hypervisor-level check on EVERY driver call your GPU makes This costs you 5-15% FPS in every game Fix: Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation → turn Memory Integrity OFF -> Restart
