@LeyzarGaming When you consider a key costs the same as Clair Obscur does on steam, it's not even close in what you get for what you get for your money tbh. So unless they pull a cyberpunk and make it great in the future, I don't see the value in it.

@originalwoowoo @MattP1Gallagher Battling in the corners and under braking is definitely better than last year. The cars generate much less dirty air, they're smaller, it's easier to follow into a corner or go side by side. But overtaking someone while doing 40kph more, when he can't do anything, is just awful.

Anyone who doesnt like it seems to be because thier driver cant adabt or has a really bad car. The rules at the moment have been aced by some cars more than others but when people like gasly and bearman can actually show what they got its a big win for me. It feels way more like f1 in 2003 ish where there is and will be more chances for midfield teams to put one over on eacheother through strategy and driving.

After today’s Grand Prix… are we a fan of the racing or not? I personally really enjoyed the battles we saw today

@MattP1Gallagher Passing someone while doing 40kph more is not battling. Going side by side in a corner is. Which is what happens when you have smaller cars. Don't try to justify these horrid 50/50 PU regulations from the advantage of the cars being smaller, lighter and more nimble.

@TruthF111 @TomP1Bellingham Whoever says "my driver could win in a midfield car" is deluded. Only when the cars are equalized in more than light rain do you really see the driver difference, otherwise a great driver will extract maybe a couple tenths more, which is not enough to make a midfield car win.

@MattP1Gallagher Mostly predictable, except some moments where there was actual defending despite the speed difference, but that seems sketchy in anything other than fully dry conditions. They sound awful though. Never seen a race car downshift on the straight at full throttle before.

How would you sum up the first race of the new regulations?

@JeremyClarkson Something something battery software management that Merc nailed, while everyone else not really. Using the engine at the end of the straights to harvest electricity is the name of the game and Merc figured it out better than everyone else. It's mostly a game about optimizing it.

It's watered down, like put through a PG filter. There's no tragedy, no loss, no tension, no personal stakes

@SapTheseCasters @anniefuchsia People have their own ideas of "dark", cool, etc. WoW has always had very dark aspects to it as it still does. People also skip over so much story and lore completely missing it.
