James Comey has been subpoenaed in a “grand conspiracy” case by federal prosecutors in Miami as part of the DOJ’s investigation into those who prosecuted President Trump from 2017–2024.
More than 130 subpoenas have been issued by the Southern District of Florida since the investigation began last year.
John Brennan, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Andrew McCabe have also received subpoenas in this wide-ranging probe.
