Interesting podcast, highlighting the importance and some of the problems with courts reporting. Frankly, while reporting is necessary, there needs to be restrictions on reporting the personal details of the accused.

Pretty sure Drew Harris, the former Garda commissioner will have choked on his cornflakes at the claim by the Garda union on RTE Morning Ireland about the prosecution of Gardai in Limerick who had interfered in driving offences. Jozef’s Puska's appeal against his conviction for the murder of schoolteacher Ashling Murphy has been further delayed after he decided to change his barristers less than a week before the hearing was due to begin.
