@MRittCGS Love doing it. College coaches want to speak to the HC. I got one for you. Need a tech coach. Stipend a guy to handle all of the tech. It's its own thing now. (Hudl, ipads, headsets, drone, inputting data....etc.)

Every high school football program should consider designating a staff member as a Recruiting Coordinator. This role can help streamline communication with college programs and alleviate some of the recruiting-related responsibilities that often fall on the head coach. It doesn’t require hiring an additional staff member this can be a valuable opportunity for an assistant coach to expand their role, build their résumé, and develop relationships with college programs. Having a dedicated point person for recruiting helps ensure that athlete information, film, and communication with college coaches are organized and handled efficiently, ultimately creating more opportunities for players in the program

Excited to be a part of this coming this spring in Illinois. On May 6th college programs will be able to stop at 2 schools that are relatively close and evaluate 450 college football prospects. Free of charge for players/coaches. Thanks @RCriss66 for all your work.
