@Shutterfly Did the app change? When I went to upload photos off my phone it used to tell me which ones were already upload. Now it no longer shows that. And I missing something?

@Shutterfly Thanks, this looks like an issue where linkit urls were down Sunday night into Monday and appear to be working again. Had to pivot as I needed these working midday Monday. Thanks.

Hey @Shutterfly, your new album creation tool sucks; not user friendly, less functional, and crash often. Can you put the old one back?

@Shutterfly Been doing books from you for over 16 years. This update is very difficult. You had the perfect layout before.  Was tech bored? Editing went from a breeze with the old system to WTH? I should not have to anticipate a migraine each time I try to create a book.🙄

@Shutterfly Why are my shutterfly albums NOT showing on the updated app? I Do Not need my phone albums on the app they are on my phone. I need my shutterfly albums! Please bring back this feature searching thru 30 years of photos is a pain!

@love2laugh Hi Sandra! Thanks for letting us know. A package with multiple labels is unusual, and we apologize for the confusion. Please DM photos of the labels, the tracking number, your Shutterfly order number, and what was received so we can ensure you get the correct items.

A package was delivered to our office by @USPS with TWO labels. One label is from @Shutterfly and the other label is from @Walgreens. Someone in our office was expecting a delivery from Shutterfly. But what he ordered was not in the package. How did this even happen?

@Shutterfly Android app is stuck in a loop. When you try to open the app it says an update is required. It will not update....
