🚨Shocking footage from an NYC train station shows NYPD officers awkwardly circling and “dancing” around a deranged African immigrant with blood gushing from his head for over 2 agonizing minutes as he lashes out violently, screaming and swinging like a man possessed.
The suspect became so unhinged and enraged that terrified bystanders began fleeing in panic, while one man recording the encounter shouted for police to shoot him.
