Something to note this weekend. Moldovan tighthead prop Vadim Cobilas, who celebrated his 40th birthday over the summer, will play his final match for Bordeaux this Sunday against Toulon. A superb achievement to still be playing at this level at that age.

@peteburridge Had same discussion with @EatSleepTrain_ recently. Historically I would have been sketchy going 95%+ Md-2 due to NM effects (not risk if right work done prior), but this year have seen the opposite. The big caveat here is the objective: expose or train? So volume sensitive IMO
