I have been interviewing candidates for marketing and graphic positions for the past couple of days. I realized that what matters most is the mindset they have. They might be great at what they do, But, what good does it do to the other members of the team if they have a high ego or they’re slow and not committed enough. Hiring is about getting people that will later reflect the image of your company. Hire accordingly.
