@TheBarnSession That’s seems like it would be the same rule for a wrestlers hand/foot hitting off the mat. If that’s the case it would be out as soon as his hand hits that line before he got the takedown I’d think

This sucked to watch as a fan of the sport. Even more brutal to see as a Hoosier.
Initially ruled a takedown, the ruling was then overturned. Change the rules.

@JustinJBasch This would be a good time to remind everyone that #1 seeds are 120-0 in the first round, and seeds 2,3,4 have won 96% of first round matches each (360 total matches) over the past 12 seasons. Some of those +1000 odds don’t seem so bad when you look at it like that.
