@Ohshit_ItsLou I ran Reta with mots and it was excellent. I probably am getting a bit amped up from the success. That's going to happen i suppose.

NAD SS-31 and MOTS-c all at once is not efficient. NAD and ss-31 full cycle and then MOTS-C on a separate cycle if you want to rebuild your mitochondria and THEN get the most out of it or just run MOTS-c alone and then experiment with nad and ss31 after if you are curious. All 3 at once is overkill in my personal experience.

I'd like opinion on the next stack: AM: Mots-C NAD+ SS-31 Semax/Selank - nasal PM: GHK-Cu BPC KPV Tesa/Ipa Reta - 1/6day

@ToddESingleton Semax/Selank AM for cognitive output plus SS-31 for mitochondrial support is a clean combo. GHK-Cu and BPC PM for recovery makes sense. Reta at 1/6 day is smart titration. Are you running this supervised or self-directed?

@ThePepGuy I've got some traveling coming up. Thoughts on drilling a whole on the top and filling it with cool gel? I like this form factor for a case and want to make it work.

@ToddESingleton They are hollow, as long as you have a good quality fridge, you’re sorted. We also utilize silica packets as a safety measure to prevent condensation 💪🏼

@HatT0r I think I'd like to fly this solo. I want to really get a feel for it and it's potential.

@ThePepGuy 300 pounds. Type 2 diabetes. Hypertension. Alcoholic. Inflammation. Gout. Without realizing, I was sprinting to an early demise. Now? 255 pounds. Blood panels returning. Not drinking. Peptides are my lifeboat.

@ToddESingleton Looks like all solid peps. Whats your goal? After about a year of experimenting, I have learned that adding things in one at a time is optimal. Then you know what works best for you or where you are deficient 💪🏼

@canttakemysoul Already on the shelf so I gotta use it up. I've heard others love this mots/nad pairing.

@ToddESingleton Don’t use NAD+ just take NMNH … I use it now and it feels great! BPC also is a miracle and GHK-CU if you are using it for hair health, you need to pair it with zinc-thymulin or you will miss major gains

@Pinned_Life Right. I neglected to say that any peps with targets are usually 5 day/week.

Honest question: How much money have you spent on TRT, peptides, supplements, GLP-1s, bloodwork and health optimization over the last year? Now how much of your data have you actually tracked? Most people spend thousands optimizing and zero time measuring. Data changes everything. I GOT YOU!! Track everything from weight and sleep to blood glucose, energy, training performance, dosing protocols, and more—all in one place. The more peptides I research and use the more confident I become in what these compounds can actually do for the average person 🏴‍☠️ For someone overweight with metabolic dysfunction and chronic inflammation peptides done right are not optimization they are reclamation of your life🏴‍☠️ You are not just chasing a physique you are reclaiming the operating system and making it function like it is suppose to🏴‍☠️ But patience is the protocol nobody talks about 🏴‍☠️ These compounds work by retraining your biology not overriding it which means the rewiring takes weeks to months not days 🏴‍☠️ The best version of you exists you just have to be disciplined and strategic to find them 🏴‍☠️ Don’t be afraid to use modern tools and science to make this easier for you🏴‍☠️ Take back your health take back your biology take back the life you were supposed to be living 🏴‍☠️ No one wants to be out of shape and depressed we all want to be the best🏴‍☠️ 🧬🔬

The 2026 peptide stack that’s rewriting body recomp: - Retatrutide (appetite + triple fat burn) - MOTS-c (mitochondrial turbo) - Tesamorelin (natural HGH pulse) Zero food noise, cellular energy through the roof, visceral fat disappearing, muscle protected and unbelievable recovery. This may just be the most overlooked peptide stack for body recomps.

Mots-c will silently become a default pre-workout for most people Almost everyone here in the peptide space uses it as pre workout And I have been hearing from a lot of people irl too using mots-c as pre-workout

KPV the inflammation eraser ✏️ 🛡️✏️ 🛡️ ——————————————————— KPV might be the most underrated anti inflammatory peptide in the entire space🏴‍☠️ This is a 3 amino acid fragment of alpha MSH the natural hormone your body produces to regulate immune response and inflammation🏴‍☠️ The genius of KPV is that it kept all the anti inflammatory power of the parent hormone without any of the pigmentation effects or hormonal side effects🏴‍☠️ How it actually works🏴‍☠️ KPV inhibits NF-kB the master switch for inflammatory gene expression in your body🏴‍☠️ This is the same pathway that corticosteroids target but without suppressing your entire immune system🏴‍☠️ It reduces TNF alpha IL 6 and IL 1 beta the three cytokines driving most chronic inflammation🏴‍☠️ Where KPV crushes everything else🏴‍☠️ Gut healing leaky gut IBD ulcerative colitis Crohn’s it heals the intestinal barrier at the epithelial level🏴‍☠️ Combined with BPC-157 some amazing things can happen 🏴‍☠️ Skin conditions psoriasis eczema acne chronic wounds because it calms the inflammatory cascade at the source🏴‍☠️ Histamine intolerance and mast cell issues because it modulates the same immune pathways that drive these conditions🏴‍☠️ This works great for seasonal allergies one of the only things I’ve ever used that actually works 🏴‍☠️ Why it stands apart from steroids and NSAIDs🏴‍☠️ Corticosteroids suppress the entire immune system KPV modulates it back to balance🏴‍☠️ NSAIDs block one pathway and create downstream gut damage KPV heals the gut while reducing inflammation🏴‍☠️ KPV has antimicrobial properties on top of the anti-inflammatory action🏴‍☠️ No documented tolerance development across the research🏴‍☠️ The honest read🏴‍☠️ Human clinical research is still emerging most of the strongest data comes from animal models and mechanistic studies🏴‍☠️ But the safety profile and the targeted mechanism make it one of the cleanest anti inflammatory tools currently available🏴‍☠️ If your inflammation is gut driven autoimmune driven or skin driven KPV deserves a serious look🏴‍☠️ 🧬🔬
