How to Identify a LEGIT COA test from Peptide Research Companies (VERY IMPORTANT) NOTE: I have attached a proper COA test from who I use, and can be verified on the testing companies website. Reach out for more info on this. #1: VERIFICATION OR TASK ID# 🔹 IF there is NO search code, verification number, or task ID where you can go on the testing companies website to verify, there is something shady going on. Either they didn’t test it themselves or its fake. #2: COMPANY NAME ON COA 🔹This is self explanatory. THE companies name is blurred out, or blank on a COA. Is this something you would trust? Did they pay to test it themselves or outsource testing? #3: Can you Match YOUR Vial with the Image? 🔹Does the COA have a lot # that shows your cap color correlated with the vial image which should be included in the COA? If not, how can you assume you received what you ordered? #4: Is the purity and net content on the COA? This is also self explanatory to determine the quality of the compound.

a 350g sugar a day and low fat diet got me from 18 to 13% body fat and: • binging to 0 cravings • struggling to easily lean • tired to high energy • ~2200 calories to ~2700 • pessimistic to optimistic whilst cutting training and steps by 50% metabolisms really do matter

200 GRAMS OF PROTEIN @ ONLY 1500 CALORIES Meal 1: - 3 whole eggs - 5 servings egg whites - 2 Greek yogurts Meal 2: - 8 ounces of chicken breast - 1 servings of broccoli - 1 Greek yogurt Meal 3: - 16 ounces of 93/7 Ground Beef Total calories: ~1,500 Total protein: ~220g Total carbs: ~40g Total fats: ~50g Inb4 “this is too low in carbs” 1) I’m just trying to show you this much protein can be hit with sufficient fats at a very low calorie number 2) I’ve ate like this plenty of days while dieting

@BenSMeir I know many people whos subsided after a bit.. you can get Taurine on amazon which may help to reduce the affects of that.. you can also just stay at a 0.5mg dose if that helps more. Let me know if you need any more help!

@ThePepGuy I just started the reta 1.2mg starting dose. I'm experiencing the RHR increase and my HRV is lower so im not getting great recovery during sleep. Not the best side effect in my opinion.. Did it ever subside for you? Some people say you adapt to it...

My Reta experience, and why I had to stop: Started at 0.5mg and moved up slowly to 2mg which was far too much for me. At 2mg, I literally couldn’t sleep, as my heart rate is very sensitive to any compounds. Moved back down to 0.5mg for 2 months, and I became the leanest I have ever been while still building muscle on 3000 cals per day of whole foods. I was building road maps of veins in my abs and legs (never had seen this before). The greatest part of this experience was that all of my impulsive decisions like alcohol, weed, and zyns were completely eliminated. This just goes to show you how much our “reward pathways” contribute to addictive behaviors. Even at 0.5mg, my RHR was around 75bpm which was not normal for me. The strength of my pulses were becoming uncomfortable. I would be able to notice my heart beat 24/7. All in all, a positive experience its just unfortunate that I am very sensitive to the glucagon component. Next time I will try Tirzepatide microdose and see if I can get the same results. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! - ThePepGuy
