Proximity has a disproportionate effect on perception. Was catching up with one of our SF based eco founders who is building a suite of AI products in the data labelling/adtech space with a bunch of inbound from large corps + startups. Their tech works, is generating real results for companies, and the team has lots of runway, but he was worried that they aren't doing enough (especially because of how fast everything around them is moving in SF/AI). Meanwhile there's infinite crypto companies folding or just absolutely coasting because the market doesn't like our coins anymore. tl;dr is - your environment dictates your behaviour. I'd rather have the dude tweaking out over not grinding hard enough in SF than the dude posted up waiting for the bull market in Dubai any day of the week.

BTC/VIX This chart is unmatched. It marked literally every bottom we had, whether black swan or bear bottoms. We are at the support line once again, with the lowest weekly RSI ever in history. Bitcoin will do good in 2026 and bears will not get what they want. Much higher.

If there’s anything I’ve learned about working with larger corps, it’s always 2x longer and 2x more unnecessary meetings than expected But hopefully it adds up to some pretty unexpected collabs for the beras over the next quarter Bera (works with) and builds businesses?

My bet on @berachain turned out to be a complete failure. I lost about $100k across multiple projects such as Henlo, Mibera, ApiologyDAO, Smilee, @eatsleepyeet , Burrbear, and Badboyz by grifter @MaxLongCEO. None of these projects delivered what they promised. This is an example of how a really good project can be ruined by grifting, poor communication, and ego. And I don't really blame projects (except of Burrbear and BadBoyz), these projects were affected by decisions of @SmokeyTheBera and the team.
