@Farquad8242411 well yes. but the refs are favoring the pens crazy hard right now, and their calls have been super lopsided. so we don't get to watch two teams play intense hockey, instead we're watching one team get away with upper cuts/pulling helmets off.

A mystery! It’s almost like he got elbowed in the face while jumping TK from behind then hit him repeatedly while he was defenseless down on the ice with no helmet. But sure, TK trying (and failing, mind you) to trip (not kick) him is the real problem.

@User0404211 It was already answered correctly but yes, an instigator can only be called if fighting majors are assessed. Otherwise just dropping your gloves is not an automatic penalty. It is sometimes called a 10 minute misconduct for inciting but that's only when there is no engagement
