I like how if you listen to the video and aren’t under 90 IQ it makes completely perfect sense—she literally even defines allegiance so as to make it follow that there’s allegiance in this case. I understand now why law schools are mostly left wing—right wingers can’t follow basic logic.

1570 SAT (2002): 800 verbal, 770 math
1500 GRE (2007): 700 verbal, 800 math
Did zero prep for the GRE, just took it cold. Intelligence test results should be common and uncontroversial, like measuring 40 yard dash times for athletes

KBJ is extremely dumb and based on merit maybe qualified to teach elementary school. There’s zero doubt in my mind that I am more intelligent than KBJ and would be a better justice. Everything she ever achieved was given to her because she is a black woman, it’s not that deep

The amount of dumb dudes who peaked in highschool calling KBJ dumb is astonishing. “Read her dissents” I do. And I’m confident that you cannot. KBJ is absolutely one of the weaker judges on this bench, but she is not the weakest, she is not remotely dumb, she is very well qualified and she is literally several times smarter than the people calling her dumb. Will she make the history books as one of the top justices of all time? No. But she would run absolute circles around the bulk of lawyers, never mind dudes who would struggle with a grade 10 reading comprehension test. She is a good lawyer, and a good SCOTUS, and the only way you can think otherwise, is if your only knowledge of her work is Fox News headlines.

Brother I can’t make it any more simple here is the flaw written another way “30% of my wood blocks are chipped and 30% of my blocks are cracked therefore at least 60% of my wood blocks are damaged in some way” two main assumptions here 1) that these two features constitute damage and 2) that there is no overlap the argument is vulnerable on BOTH grounds so the issue is it assumes no overlap because all of the CHIPPED ones could be the CRACKED ones and then 70% could be NON DAMAGED making the conclusion WRONG. I don’t really care about your credentials as someone who tutored the LSAT I can tell you fundamentally struggle w basic logic and I hope that you do not teach anyone anything anymore
