The thing is, I don’t even really want the fancy slices, even if they weren’t expensive. I want a classic NY slice with the option at the table of adding garlic powder (essential), some of that cheap parmesan cheese powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Bonus if they have the colored drinks circulating in the machine. Kind of drinks that are less about flavor than color. Red drink, orange drink, etc.

I liked it a lot when I read it in high school. And I’m far more into non-fiction than fiction. Sort of a non-fiction addict, and fiction (through my own fault, not the fault of the authors) doesn’t keep my attention. But I liked the way Salinger wrote.

We don't hear much about how justices shouldn't give speeches criticizing colleagues when it's Alito or Scalia at the Federalist Society or AEI, but it's a constitutional crisis when a Black woman justice says the court risks looking political on voting rights

Would make for an interesting MPRE question. And a rather simple one; no ethical violation here.
I’m far from an expert on this but there should be something disincentivizing attorneys from filing bar complaints against other attorneys.
Not complaints that are objectively reasonable (even if unsuccessful). But complaints determined to have been made in bad faith.

A few months back, a public defender from Portland filed a bar complaint against me because I told a story on LinkedIn about firing a client after he threatened to have me killed from prison. It was dismissed. Not a fan of that guy.

I’d say that’s right. I had a job at a test prep firm where many in the office were brilliant at math. The type who did math competitions when they were younger, born with this ability not unlike some are born with musical ability or artistic ability, or etc.
You’re incentivized if only so that you don’t look dumb. That’s not the case if you’re the smartest in the room.
