تداوم بی‌خبری از وضعیت کیوان احمدی علیرغم گذشت بیش از یک ماه از بازداشت با وجود گذشت بیش از یک ماه از بازداشت کیوان احمدی، شهروند ساکن نورآباد ممسنی، هنوز اطلاعاتی از وضعیت او به خانواده ارائه نشده است. بنا بر گزارش‌ها، کیوان احمدی در اوایل فروردین‌ماه ۱۴۰۵ توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه در استان فارس بازداشت شد و از آن زمان تاکنون، تلاش‌های خانواده برای کسب اطلاعات درباره دلیل بازداشت، اتهام انتسابی و محل نگهداری او بی‌نتیجه بوده است. گفته شده دلیل بازداشت این شهروند مرتبط با اتفاقات رخ‌داده در مراسم خاکسپاری یکی از جان‌باختگان اعتراضات سراسری دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ بوده است. به گزارش دادبان، ادامه بی‌خبری از وضعیت کیوان احمدی و خودداری نهادهای امنیتی از اعلام محل نگهداری، دلیل بازداشت و اتهام انتسابی به خانواده، با مقررات قانون آیین دادرسی کیفری مغایرت دارد. بر اساس ماده ۵۰ این قانون، ضابطان دادگستری موظف‌اند امکان اطلاع خانواده بازداشت‌شده از وضعیت او را فراهم کنند و نگهداری فرد در بی‌خبری مطلق، ناقض حقوق اولیه بازداشت‌شدگان و اصول دادرسی عادلانه است. همچنین، بازداشت طولانی‌مدت بدون اعلام رسمی اتهام، عدم دسترسی به وکیل و محروم کردن خانواده از اطلاع نسبت به سرنوشت فرد بازداشت‌شده، از مصادیق بازداشت خودسرانه است. #کیوان_احمدی #دادبان
