WhatsApp has been such a source of anxiety. It’s been a blessing to reduce the number of SM platforms that I use /day.
But techhnology isn’t in and of itself stressful—other people’s expectations & entitlements are.
How amazing to realize that we actually need much less than what we think we do. Recently, I started selling my stuff and it feels like freedom. I am also very minimalistic in my groceries and my daily lifestyle. F r e e i n g.
I dreamt that airports had all types cornflakes and milk for quick snacks and I think that would be the best dream to ever come to reality. Can you imagine that?
