I’m not telling you to work less or that you can’t create wealth and a family simultaneously. The advice is to determine what a victory looks like for you. Because business is 100% self-defined. Then take time to celebrate those victories. That pause is crucial. It’s how you’ll find fulfillment in your work but, more importantly, outside of work. You spend time with your family, you have other ambitions, you’re genuinely a happier person.
