you've been on x for months and haven't made a dollar because you lack outputmaxxing and it's keeping you fucking broke - you post every day - you reply to threads - you're "consistent" - you're "engaging" (every piece of garbage that gurus sell you) and your bank account looks the same as it did 6 months ago here's why: you unconsciously treat X like a content platform optimizing for "views" and "engagement" brother this isn't youtube you're not getting paid for those views if you actually want clients from x, you must treat it like an acquisition platform but instead you're running it like a diary THE REAL PROBLEM: you're mistaking activity for output posting ≠ revenue engagement ≠ calls followers ≠ customers consistency ≠ results you're active but stagnant busy but broke getting dopamine hits from other broke people who are also screaming into the void hoping someone notices no "motivational video" is gonna save you because the problem isn't motivation it's structure that's why you need outputmaxxing WHAT OUTPUTMAXXING ACTUALLY IS outputmaxxing is forcing your x account to produce revenue - not "authentic" content - not comment farming for replies - not "making genuine connections" bullshit REVENUE that's the only metric that matters every element exists for one purpose: push toward revenue or die - your profile qualifies - your content pre-sells - your dms book - your calls convert if it doesn't push someone toward a call, it gets deleted ruthlessly THE OUTPUTMAXXING PROTOCOL STEP 1: FOUNDATION we don't start with content we start with the infastructure - sharpening the offer - unique positioning - icp identification - icp profile creation - unique differentiation no "finding your voice" workshops we build the foundation first STEP 2: PROFILE AS FILTER your profile isn't decoration it's your main landing page pfp: authority + aura (not your vacation photo) banner: status or proof (not a sunset) bio: authority with mystery cta placement that demands action link: vsl or landing page pinned post: doctrine + framework someone lands on your profile and knows in 3 seconds if this is for them instant qualification YES or GET OUT STEP 3: CONTENT THAT PRE-SELLS we don't post to "add value" for broke lurkers we post to MOVE PEOPLE toward your offer every post has one job: INCREASE OUTPUT - shift belief - build demand - push toward the offer - or eliminate weak readers no motivational garbage for dopamine farming no "share your thoughts below" engagement bait every post is a step in the funnel STEP 4: DMS THAT BOOK OR FUCK your dms are not a customer service line they're a qualification system to filter out time-wasters INBOUND: reckless qualification because we don't give free consulting serious or not serious in 3 messages OUTBOUND: daily outbound strategy + human follow-ups we only book people who have money and meet conditions STEP 5: PRE-CALL SYSTEM most people think they close on the call bro we close BEFORE the call - nurture sequence - case studies - personal video reminders by the time they're on the call, they're already sold you're just collecting payment details STEP 6: OPTIMIZATION UNTIL MAX OUTPUT this doesn't stop at launch we track everything: - profile clicks - link clicks - dm response rate - call show rate - close rate then we fix: - conversion leaks - offers that aren't closing - dms that aren't getting replies - content that doesn't hit the spot we upgrade until the system runs itself DATA is king NOW THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE 1. if you want a "personal" brand, leave 2. if you want engagement and community vibes, this isn't it 3. if you're scared to offend people, you'll fail here 4. if you think "authenticity" means being soft, you're already disqualified this is for people who want: - qualified calls - revenue - OUTPUT we don't care about followers, engagement, or reply rates WHO THIS IS FOR 1. you already have an offer worth selling 2. you're willing to be aggressive and polarizing 3. you understand systems crush motivation 4. you're done with motion that doesn't produce money 5. you want X to work like paid ads but free and better if that's you: dm me "OUTPUT" and we'll talk if you're not ready, get out of my face keep posting your thoughts keep farming engagement keep wondering why nothing changes outputmaxxing till death -Arvin

Many people i talk to struggle to come up with “new content ideas” That’s the wrong way to look at content. A good brand repeats itself over and over again Its the only way to drill your message into your readers’ heads Think of how Hormozi keeps mentioning the same “work hard” mentality How Tate keeps preaching about “the matrix” A message never repeated is never remembered

I'm from a tier-3 city. Beautiful place. Peaceful. Safe. The people are good. Everyone here asks: - "Why leave when everything is fine here?" - "What more do you need?" Here, success is clear: - Government job - Fixed routine - Marriage at the right time - Doing what everyone else is doing. "What will people say?" matters more than what you actually want. Don't take risks. Follow the path that already exists. But no one asks: "What if you stay and never know what you could've been?" If you even think about this, people say you've changed. That you're flying too high. That you're not practical anymore. - Ambition is seen as arrogance. - Comfort zone here is a virtue. - Curiosity is seen as danger. If you leave, their excuses get exposed. That question haunts me more than failure ever could. I don't hate my hometown. - I hate stagnation. - I hate limited thinking. - I hate the mindset that says, "This much is enough." Because I'd rather fail trying than succeed at living someone else's idea of enough. That's why I need to get out. Not because the place is bad. But because staying here means never asking that question.

Every time you're about to do something scary: Your brain will find something wrong. Like clockwork. First it's one thing. You fix that. Then it's another thing. You fix that too. Then there's a third thing. It simply never stops. That's not a sign you're not ready. That's your brain doing its job - keeping you safe from discomfort. But growth lives on the other side of discomfort. Your mind will always generate a reason to wait. It's not broken. You're not broken. That's how it's designed. You just have to act while it's busy inventing the next excuse.

question: how do u guys make the time to read books? or when? i've always been the type of person that struggles to commit with anything passive would rather work, go outside, play games, or do something active in most cases i'd just summarize the book with AI by the time my day ends i've got like 30 mins before i sleep lmao also: audiobooks, kindle, or physical? ^ i've heard combining kindle + audible is great for retention

objections i hear from B2B founders about X: “i don’t have anything unique to say” wrong. you have a unique perspective from your experience. you explain things differently than others. that’s enough. uniqueness is overrated. clarity is underrated. “my industry isn’t on X” your CLIENTS are on X. founders and executives across every industry use this platform. you’re not marketing to your industry. you’re marketing to decision-makers. “i tried posting and it didn’t work” how long? how consistently? with what strategy? most people try for 3 weeks with no system and quit. that’s not X failing. that’s quitting before the compound effect kicks in. “i don’t have time” you have time for what you prioritize. 30 minutes daily can change your business. or outsource it. (i can help you with that) your choice. “what if people judge my content?” some will. most won’t see it. and the right people will value it. you can’t build authority without putting yourself out there. “i’ll start when i have more to say” you have enough to say now. you’re procrastinating. start messy. improve as you go. perfection is the enemy of progress. which objection is holding you back? - sarfaroz p.s. want 15-30 qualified calls in 60 days organically from X, guaranteed? (or i'll give you your money back) if you’re a b2b founder. DM me 'CALLS' and i’ll send you the details. only 3 spots + price raises with clients.

reminder that you can just do things. use your free will: > started cold calling random sponsors at 13 > led to raising $85,000 for my gaming company > practiced piano until i performed at carnegie hall > taught myself marketing and sales > used that to bootstrap a company to $600,000 ARR > built GTM infrastructure that generated millions > grew to 23K followers just talking about the process > met my cofounders on discord > flew out to meet them and got backed by @fdotinc > now we're solving eldercare ...and this is just the start. reality is malleable to those who dream big. stop holding yourself back. put yourself out there and win.

personal branding is the biggest scam on X not because it doesn't work but because 99% of you are building it wrong here's the trap: you're building an audience with no way to monetize it so you post about "building a personal brand" you get followers who want to "build a personal brand" and now the only thing you can sell them is... personal branding coaching congratulations you're stuck in the guru loop teaching people how to do the thing that never made you money in the first place this is why every personal brand eventually becomes a personal branding coach they have attention but no real offer so they monetize the attention by teaching others how to get attention it's a pyramid scheme with extra steps here's how you actually outputmaxx personal branding: treat it like paid ads not a vanity project your personal brand exists for ONE reason: to shove eyeballs onto your offer not to "build community" not to "share your journey" not to collect followers who clap for your morning routine to SELL if you're not monetizing from day one, you're just farming dopamine and when the dopamine runs out, you'll become another personal branding coach lying about how great personal brands are build attention, yes but architect the monetization first or you'll end up with 10k followers and zero revenue wondering why your "audience" won't buy anything because they followed you for content not solutions outputmaxx -Arvin

napoleon conquered europe while you can't even book a call he was a fucking g here's why: napoleon didn't succeed with random speeches and shit he won because every single action moved soldiers closer to the objective promoted based on results, not seniority obsessed over speed and delivery revised strategies based on battlefield data in real-time fired generals who didn't produce on the spot he didn't give a fuck about: tradition that slowed him down looking respectable to the elites motivating troops who couldn't execute he cared about one thing: did we take the territory or not that's outputmaxxing with cannons now let's translate this to your broke ass on x: napoleon didn't "build a personal brand" he didn't "engage authentically" he didn't post motivational quotes like a loser he ran military campaigns and you should run acquisition campaigns here's the map: scout the terrain = identify your icp cut enemy supply lines = eliminate time-wasters from your audience deploy troops strategically = content that pre-sells send fast cavalry = dms that qualify force decisive battles = calls that convert or cut review after-action = track metrics and optimize every action had one goal: expand territory every post should have one goal: expand revenue most of you are giving motivational speeches to an empty field napoleon would've shot you for wasting resources you're not here to inspire broke people you're here to conquer the platform x isn't a social platform it's a battlefield bro outputmaxx - Arvin

founders be posting "how-tos" 24/7 and expecting leads flowing into their dms bro it's not 2019 these kinds of posts still get engagement but the authority factor is gone people read them while they nod "wow this sounds helpful" they bookmark it and scroll past (that bookmark's gonna collect dust for years) here's why: every market is saturated people don't need more value they already know everything or they can get the information free from youtube they need new angles new, novel, engaging ways of explaining the same damn thing instead of: "here's how to build an x profile" i say: "here are profile mistakes keeping you broke" see the difference? literally the same post but with different emotional stakes and angles one sounds like homework the other sounds like a threat fuck the traditional how-to posts shift the angle to outputmaxx
