Most content produces zero results because its posting into the wrong part of the buyer journey.
There are 3 types of people reading your content right now:
1. Someone who’s heard of you
2. Someone who’s heard of you but doesn’t trust you yet
3. Someone who already trusts you but needs a small push
The conventional way of posting throws the same post at all 3.
- Case studies hit cold audiences who’ve never heard of you
- Tips and value go to warm audiences who need proof rather than information
- Niche lead magnets go to people who haven’t decided whether you’re trustable
Our Content Funnel System fixes this with a single rule:
Every post has a purpose.
Top of funnel (60% of posts):
Flex posts, contrarian takes, silent authority content (selective tips)
The goal here is to reach everyone in your market with easily consumable content and show them that you’re the hidden gem in the room
Middle of funnel (30%):
Case study breakdowns, unique angle posts, A/B comparisons with others in the market.
Your job here is to break down what your method does and why its superior to everything else in the market.
Bottom of funnel (10%):
Handraisers, lead magnets, direct CTAs
This is where you convert the warm audience that’s been convinced by the first 2 layers.
A client in the B2B SaaS space came to us with 268 followers and no inbound pipeline.
8 days after we rebuilt his content architecture around this system:
- $15,000 paid in full
- $60,000 in pipeline
- Up 700 followers
Called me his cash cow for weeks after :)
That's what happens when a post reaches the right person at the right moment in their decision
If your content isn’t working like you expect, check which layer you’re missing.

@bookedbysye its not a one for one tradeoff
this is twitter
no one comes here to read essays
English

@ItsMeBenChan But you gotta do it wisely
If all your posts are attention grabbing and not value driving I will simply get tired of your content
Need value, not constant bait

Use these 3 emotions to 10x your post views
1. FOMO (e.g.”if you aren’t making 1M/mo with your brand you’re missing out, just use this one easy method”)
2. Drama (e.g. ”personal branding is for brokies”)
3. Inspiration (e.g. “I went from living on government payouts → buying the entire government”
Working super well for clients right now, thought I’d share.

@ItsMeBenChan This is definitely golden
So every post you make should be for a particular audience in mind
Hot take Ben

@kenyofweb3 @Prithvi_Jadwani @ItsMeBenChan Bruh, you're missing something. Emotions are the engine. If you can't get your potential client curious, how do you deliver value, build trust, and get feedback?

@thewilliamrb esp cos people are on here to scroll
no one logs onto this app to read a college essay lol

.@ItsMeBenChan has the MOST fascinating philosophy on b2b Twitter content:
"people are on Twitter to be entertained, not educated."
it fundamentally shifted the way i viewed the platform the first time i heard it.
i used to think the play was being the most useful person on the feed at a given moment. that the better the value you give, the more you deserve people's attention.
but here's what that line exposed for me:
people aren't on Twitter to be educated - but they're still wide open to stuff that'll help them. they just won't take it straight.
so you don't drop the value.
you wrap it in something they actually want to sit through.
Alex Hormozi has this story - a kid's dog has fleas, needs to take its medicine, and the dog won't touch it. kid keeps shoving the pill at it, nothing. so he asks his grandma. she goes, wrap it in a piece of meat. dog eats the meat, swallows the medicine, it never knows the difference.
entertainment is the meat.
the value is the medicine.
you give them what they need through something they want to consume.
this reframe did more for me than any course i've paid for.

Everyone is using Claude right now.
Very few founders are using it to drive real pipeline from LinkedIn.
So I built a free resource with the exact Claude prompts I use to build full LinkedIn funnels… the same system behind the multiple clients we’ve generated over 6-figs for.
Most people are using AI to write posts. Almost nobody is using it to build the actual infrastructure that turns LinkedIn into a lead machine.
I’m sure I could sell these prompts in the future but for now they’re yours:
Comment "Funnel" and I'll send it over.
(You need to be following so I can DM it to you.)

My autism is satisfied daily in my continued and perpetual pursuit of excellence in Japanese.
The road has been long and my focus diverted at times.
But I have never wavered or ultimately given up for 21 years.
I'm decently fluent now.
Japanese is and forever will be.
Mine.
☕@z1papq
genuinely think you need to be a superhuman level of autistic to learn Japanese if you’re a native English speaker
