What is this John Symonds waffle on 730 report? Why do people keep saying that rents will go up cause you can’t rely on first home buyers. Seems pretty simple. When the investors leave the market more first home buyers can buy therefore not needing to rent. Rents stabilise.

A $100 gift card. A proper survey invites the community to inform the politician with balanced questions, neutral options, and published results.
