@nectar My wife was part way through a call: she was cut off by Nectar. It was regarding 4000 points being redeemed last week in an area we were not in. We have not redeemed them: we are not sure whether these have now been reinstated and whether a new card is being issued. Rsvp.

I thought that @bphillipsonMP would have learnt the hard way how education professionals feel about Ofsted. Neither Government nor Opposition can think of a better, fairer, less oppressive way to monitor education . There is still time to have a rethink before the next election.
