The 30-day dog-fooding rule is elite. Most devs ship and move on — you're actually using your own product until it doesn't suck. That's how you build retention. AI making server-side accessible to indie devs is a game changer. Used to need a backend engineer for that. Now it's just you + Claude 🔥

Unpopular opinion: Vibe coding is making developers WORSE. Everyone's shipping demos. Nobody's shipping products. The guy with the ugly v1 and 47 paying users will always beat the guy with a beautiful demo and 0 revenue. Stop chasing applause. Start chasing retention. Which side are you on?

I have some apps on the app store. Right now I'm actually implementing server side stuff I never had time to do before ai. But mainly I'm using them and finding bugs. I will use them for 30 days until I have a good experience and actually don't churn from my own app. Then I will publish them
