@sp_jimbob @GWRHelp @travelling_wolf Yes, it’s been like that for years. In order to use split ticketing, the service has to actually stop at the split station. I remember falling foul of this 10+ years ago when my train didn’t stop at DID. I guess splitting is way more common now, hence the announcements.

Is this a new thing? I’ve never heard it announced before, but @GWRHelp just announced that certain split tickets aren’t valid on this train (London to Weston). Does your train have to stop at the station where the split is to be valid? @travelling_wolf ?

@bathjay78 @AlexvrbX @natalie_thenerd My understanding of "sold" and "fulfilled" by Amazon is them processing the transaction. If they sourced it and have it in their warehouse, great! If they're out of stock or can get it to us cheaper from a third party, great! Did they vet the third party? That seems irrelevant.

Tell me why, I bought a pack of Panasonic coin cell batteries from Amazon, yet the voltage is lower than the ones I have in the carts from 1998

@AdelorLyon @natalie_thenerd Any tips for getting genuine batteries on Amazon? I’ve heard that even ‘sold by Amazon’ is no guarantee of getting authentic button cells.

@natalie_thenerd They’re counterfeit and fake: not Panasonic. I test Amazon products all the time (Vine program) and the vast majority of batteries I get are fake China slop. I have a PSP battery on the bench now that claims 6000mAh. Genuine lol: it’s physically impossible in that form factor.
